In addition, we provide horse training, which goes from turning them into a horse you can ride, and / or taking them to a high competitive level either in show jumping or dressage, all in accordance with the horse's abilities. We also have at our center facilities suitable for the development of colts and shelter of pregnant mares, The facilities are available to offer delivery services and development of colts until their weaning or until training starts. These are rendered at another property located in El Coyol de Alajuela, just 25 minutes away from our main facilities at a 15-hectare (37 acres) property with pastures, stables and an outdoors riding school, 25 mt. (82 ft.) wide per 22 mt. (72 ft.) long. In like manner, we always have horses for sale in our stables at different levels especially for show jumping, among which we have warmblood horses actually competing at 1 mt. (3.2 ft.), 1.10 mt. (3.6 ft.), 1.20 mt. (4 ft.) and 1.30 mt. (4.25 ft.) heights.

OTHER FACILITIES:

Our facilities have 51 stables both for the boarding of school horses and for the horses of the riders in the school under the stable rental system, along with all services related to them as feeding, change of floors and horse care (grooming). In like manner, they have two warehouses so that riders can keep their equipment at the school facilities in a locker with its own key and a warehouse for the school equipment with the purpose of allowing riders that do not own the equipment to enjoy the equestrian sport. As additional facilities, the school has six thousand square meters (2 acres) of pastures for the rent and use of those who keep horses there, as well as riders that wish to exercise their horses taking advantage of the innumerable mountain trails surrounding our facilities. In addition, we have a cafeteria for our clients to enjoy our drinks and snacks.
